The better your habits will be, the better will be your characteristics. And the better will be your characteristics, the better will be your value in your society. 

So here are four habits that we all need to do in daily practice that will absolutely change your lifestyle.

Habit #1 Thankfulness

The feeling of being happy, It's so important to find time in our day to be truly thankful and grateful for what we have, what we've received, what we experience and sometimes being grateful and thankful for even the moments in our life that in the beginning we felt pain and challenged by, thankfulness means feeling gratitude in our heart for those moments, for those people, for those experiences, for those things, where we take pause for a moment and acknowledge how blessed we are to have those great moments in our lives.

Gratitude is one of the most overlooked tools that we all have access to everyday. Thankfulness opens the door for more relationships, only saying “Thank you” to someone constitutes good manners but showing appreciation can help you to win new friends. It also helps to improve your physical health, grateful people feel fewer aches and pains. It helps you to reduce toxic emotions and aggression. Thankfulness increases your mental strength and improves self-esteem.

Habit #2 Inspiration

We all need to read or consume something insightful and inspiring that we can try and turn into application when you learn something new every day, when you absorb something new every day, and try to put into practice you can start to feel the benefits of applying that inspiration, it is a feeling, a person that makes you want to do something new and gives you amazing new ideas, it maybe listen to a podcast while you cook, listen to it while you work out, so you can find just one line that can transform the way you think  what you believe in and how you function throughout the day. So the second habit is to find time for inspiration and insight. 

It can be one paragraph, it can be one line, it could be one chapter, whatever it is it just needs to be something that you should try to start applying into your life every day.

Habit #3 Meditation

Meditation is spending time by yourself finding an activity that brings you joy when you do it doing something that helps you feel more connected with yourself that makes you feel like you're understanding yourself better it may be sitting there and aligning with your breath you could be sitting there in visualizing what you are trying to create and who you're trying to become, your brain and your mind to be the script that you want to live remember you're the scriptwriter and we're all by default writing a script that we may not even want to live one of my favorite affirmations is “I am exactly where I need to be”. Such affirmation programs your subconscious mind and helps you to live a better life.

Stress reduction is one of the major reasons people try meditation. Normally physical and mental stress causes increased level stress hormone. This can lead to disrupted sleep and increase BP, cloudy thinking. A few types of meditation may help you to develop a more grounded comprehension of yourself, helping you develop into your best self. Some forms of meditation can lead to better and more positive self-image on life.

Habit #4 Exercise

Movement whatever it is, like: dancing, cycling, swimming, it could be any sport, anything that gets your body in motion. There is a great Buddhist statement that says, “Movement does for your body meditation does for your mind”. 

Exercise involves engaging in physical activity and increasing the heart rate beyond resting levels. It is an important part of preserving physical and mental health. Some benefits of exercise happen just right after a session of moderate – advanced physical activity like it improves your thinking ability and reduces short term feeling of anxiety. 

Daily exercise can help keep your judgment, thinking and learning skills sharp as you age. It also reduces the risk of depression and helps you to sleep better.

Conclusion

These four habits make short form of ‘TIME’ - THANKFULNESS, INSPIRATION, MEDITATION and EXERCISE. So make time for these four habits every day and every single day will be sublime.
