  • Milk - 45 milliliters

  • Sugar - 350 grams

  • Water - 300 ml

  • Green Cardamom - 2 pods

  • Oil - for frying

  • Pistachios - for garnishing

Preparation Process:

Step 1. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon warm milk, 1/4 teaspoon saffron and mix it well.

Step 2. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Step 3. Take 10 - 12 Oreo Biscuits and separate the cream from it.

Step 4. Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cashew powder, saffron milk and mix it well.

Step 5. Add the biscuits in a blender and blend it into a fine powder.

Step 6. Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons milk powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.

Step 7. Add 45 ml milk and mix it well to make a dough consistency.

Step 8. Take some dough in your hands and flatten it with the help of your fingers.

Step 9. Add the (step 4) prepared stuffing in it and roll it into a ball.

Step 10. Keep it aside.

Step 11. Take a Pan, add 350 grams sugar, 300 ml water, 2 pods green cardamom and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Step 12. Bring it to a boil.

Step 13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

Step 15. Remove it from heat and dip the Oreo Gulab Jamuns into the prepared sugar syrup.

Step 16. Soak it for about 5 minutes.

Step 17. Garnish with pistachios.

Step 18. Serve
